  • filling out a directions questionnaire form

    Hi there, i am looking for help in filling out a directions questionnaire form from the small claims court. I dont no weather to go to mediation or not as i have filed my defence and sent all the letters of to bryan carter solicitors with no requested paperwork sent back to me. please any help would be greatfull.

    It looks good if you agree to mediation ... although if you have received no documentation by the time the mediation team gets in touch with you they will say it cannot go ahead xx
    Debt is like any other trap, easy enough to get into, but hard enough to get out of.

      thanks for replying so quick to my post. If i agree to mediation dose that mean that i am admitting to the claim as i am still trying to find out who the orignal lender was. thanks

            Agreeing to mediation is not an admission of liability.
            Nothing that has been said during the mediation can
            be used later in court.

              i have sent all the letters to them requesting the information i needed but i got the same reply back for both letters saying that it was up to me to keep any paperwork and not for them to give it to me. So i dont realy no where i stand with this. They are saying that it was with ikano bank for the sum of £290
