    To add a little more background to this.

    I submitted my defence 20/1/15.

    I sent the CCA request to Cabot on 6/12/14 and received a response on the 21st January 2015. I then sent a complaint that Restons had started court proceedings which they upheld as confirmed in another letter and therefore assumed Court Proceedings had been cancelled.

    However after receiving a letter titled "Without prejudice save as to cost" this week from Restons, I am concerned that the court proceedings are still open and Restons could proceed at any time even though Cabot state they cannot proceed with court action.Save as to costs.jpg

    I have attached all 3 letters for reference and can provide any other information required.

    Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

    If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
