Hi all
I'm writing on behalf of my wife's cousin who is an international student. She'd been caught without a rail ticket (a one off I'm told) and provided some basic information to the officer at the time. She normally resides abroad but is studying in Sheffield. Apparently there have been some letters coming in her name to my in-laws' address. With the addressee not being in the country and no one paying much attention to her letters, they seemed to have gone astray except for the latest one which I caught whilst I was there - a NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT from Collectica.
It states that £595.10 is owed to 'Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service' which must be paid by 12/01/2016. The addressee is a student and can't afford this. She simply doesn't have the funds. Recognising how serious this is and how late in the day it is, is there anything I can do to tackle this? :tinysmile_cry_t:
Any valuable help from the geniuses here greatly appreciated !
