As not to hijack this thread, I have also encountered the same DLC and I am in the same boat with the debt being statute barred.

Could you update your progress as you go on please Ali42 and I will do the same. I would be interested to see how both cases end as it seems to me these are targeted claims over the holidays where it becomes hard for defendants to seek the necessary help to carry out a good defence or even produce one in some cases as most people would either fold and pay all/partially because of their bully tactics or worse just ignore them and be repossessed as the judgement gets ruled.
