Sent CCA and CPR today via recorded. Intend to defend in full as cannot imagine records are intact from 10 years ago and feel like I may be able to win this one.
Have been scouting around on this forum and as well as being hugely impressed by the level of expertise and back up available I have seen similar cases come to a positive conclusion.
