    Halifax - small claims - bank charges/package account monthly fees

    Dear All

    I have been writing to Halifax request full refund of bank charges and bank fees re paackage account
    They have not sent an acknowledge despite 2 reminders
    The lastt letter gave them another 2 weeks which experies on Monday 8 Nov
    It seems I have to go to court.
    I have to complete my Particulars of claim
    Please help
    thank you
