    Hi,
    so i have Acknowledged the Claim with intention to fully defend this morning
    i have the CPR 31.14 which i need some help with
    i have changed;
    1. Agreement
    2. Assignment

    Do i need to add anymore have i missed anything.
    Am i sending this to both BC and Lowell with only Lowell having the PO £1

    Any help is greatly appreciated

        The CCA request is not applicable telcoms contracts are not credit agreements.
        There is no fee for CPR31.14.

          Thanks for your reply, sorry for not coming back - my partner had our baby 6 weeks early so hospital trips....

          im trying to log into the moneyclaim site but its saying the following; and i know that the information i am inputting are correct

          what should i do now
