    They wrote to me and made their application to the court on the deadline date itself, nem. I think they've had this one document for some time, possibly a few months, and they waited until the deadline to see if they could get the other documents, believing that if they didn't get them, then they would simply apply for extension using this one document as justification for them being granted the extension...

    What I find notable is that they haven't even bothered to state how long they need to get the other 2 documents? Why? Because they've repeatedly asked for further time to produce documents since September 2015.

    I even had the case struck out in December because they failed to provide any documents, but they got that judgement set aside.

      Both they and the court must believe that they claim has a reasonable chance of success Robin. When we see the agreement it will be easier to get a better idea of what they are going to rely on.
