My solicitor needs some time to look through all of the documents and prepare a letter of advice for me now, which should be arriving early next week. They seem positive.

In addition to the above, I now have in my possession (very grateful to those who are messaging me with information!) an audio recording of a conversation between a StaffBenefits employee and a 'new potential victim' that goes like this: "So, I work for a company called StaffBenefits. We're contracted to the ******NAME OF HOSPITAL****** to run their internal portal systems."

The conversation lasts for over 10 minutes, discusses things like 1 & 2 year contract terms, it even refers to the cost of the service as being from £15/week.

So, I'm meeting with my solicitor tomorrow to go over everything.

I've confirmed that StaffBenefits do not have a link or presence on the NHS intranet for the area in which I'm also being 'advertised.'

I've also confirmed that the NHS trust to which StaffBenefits are supposedly advertising me does not advertise or wish to advertise the type of products I sell, so this whole thing has been an utter sham from start to finish.

In addition, my research into their whole registration system for users is just farcical. As current, it appears there is no default way for a 'user,' as in someone from the NHS or any company to register to take advantage of their 'offers.' You have to manually e-mail the company to get any sort of access.

The whole thing is just an absolute joke and I'm looking forwards to discussing with my brief tomorrow.

I've been poking and investigating online for part of today - trying to dig up a bit more information about this infamous titan of industry Lee Martin. Does anyone have much information on him?

I've attached a bit of the data I've compiled so far - basic company interests and ownership, some information I've gleaned from other businesses of his. Seems his 'main' interest, an area which I'm digging a bit more and more with each reference check, is a company called "Nock Studio" that does professional photography and studio hire.

I have had an advert running for a roughly four months now and to date I haven’t received any bookings or feedback from this company about my advert performance as promised, I have sent a few chase emails to have no reply.

I have happened to have a lot of customers who work for the nhs, none of which has heard of this website? Last week my cousin started working for the nhs and she has shown me the website they have given her for staff Benefits and it wasn’t this website. This is a bit concerning that I have paid for something that isn’t as described to me...

I have now done some research and come across trust pilot reviews of this company which is very worrying.

Please can you advise me on the above point raised as I am a small one man band business and the money I have given them is a huge amount to just throw away.

Should i I give them my 12 months notice now or shall I wait a little longer?

i am willing to help in any way to battle this company!

    Thank you

As I have said on this forum before - I believe this company is a completely fraudulent operation and nobody should be paying anything to them. When I contacted the Trusts that my wife's business had paid for, they knew nothing of this company. I have reported them to both the police (ActionFraud) and the Insolvency Service and would encourage others to do so. I cannot believe that Lee and Claire Martin are allowed to continue to perpetrate these deceptions - they should have been locked up months ago.

They'd need a court judgment before they could even think about Bailiffs ( Enforcement Agents ). Mr Martin does have his own debt collection company - UK DEBT ENFORCEMENT LTD https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/c...filing-history

Don't they need a court order before they can actually enforce anything anyway?

Have you sent them a formal complaint and notice you have cancelled due to lack of provision of service and expect a refund for the monies already paid ?
That's the main thing I'll be getting the solicitor to do - putting together a service cancellation and refund letter. Just confirming a last few bits with the NHS trust hopefully soon so I can go armed with all the information I need to with the solicitor.

I've also taken complete screenshots of their entire site, including every page on the internal system, as proof that simply a link on an NHS trust intranet is insufficient because there's no way to actually sign up to the system for users, etc.
