This is the smallprint from the back of the contract. Of course it includes having to cancel within the first half of the initial term to end at the end at the intial term or it rolls over and you have to cancel same... etc and so on.

It was a relief to know I was not alone when I found out a bit more as to what was going on.

Absolutely. I’ve emailed the company and told them I’m reporting them. I’ve also contacted a solicitor.
