Hello again, and thank you again for your previous help.

May I ask your advice again, this in regard how long it may take for the supreme court to decide upon Beavis v Parking Eye.

I ask as I wrote to the court to stay the above case pending the decision of the supreme court. The reply said the decision should be known before the 18^th September and therefore the case should remain listed.
Is there anything I can do prior to the court date if a decision has not been reached.

Trinity: Tuesday, 2nd June to Friday, 31st July 2015
Michaelmas: Thursday, 1st October to Monday, 21st December 2015

As the court will not return until 1st October there is zero chance of a decision before then. It may be anytime after this but really it's a case of , how long is a piece of string.

I would write to the court with this information and invite them to reconsider.
