        May I ask your advice again, this in regard how long it may take for the supreme court to decide upon Beavis v Parking Eye.

        I ask as I wrote to the court to stay the above case pending the decision of the supreme court. The reply said the decision should be known before the 18th September and therefore the case should remain listed.
        Is there anything I can do prior to the court date if a decision has not been reached.

          Someone doesn't have a clue basically.

          Trinity: Tuesday, 2nd June to Friday, 31st July 2015
          Michaelmas: Thursday, 1st October to Monday, 21st December 2015

          As the court will not return until 1st October there is zero chance of a decision before then. It may be anytime after this but really it's a case of , how long is a piece of string.

          I would write to the court with this information and invite them to reconsider.

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
