    So where are things now?

Time to fill in the questionnaire I think. When does that have to be sent back?

All the attachments that I have received over the past week have been posted today Bernie. I'm not totally sure on what I have to do with regards to filling them in and where to send them. I do know that they have be sent back by the 7th September.

        Thank you.

Have you had a questionnaire like the one you posted ?
If so that has to be filled in and sent back if not done so already .
Is the one posted the one filled in by the solicitors or you ?

              Hi Nem,

Yes there is one from BW, I assume that is the copy informing they have sent it to the court?

I have received the blank one today, but unsure what my next steps are.

Thank you for your kind help , that was what I thought but I was just seeking clarity by asking a mix of open and closed questions, is that a concept you are familiar with? Clarity is very important so as to avoid giving crappy advice which of course you would never do!

So you have to fill in your DQ and return it , make sure you tick yes to mediation and agree to small claims track . Any other questions just ask.

You need to fill in the blank N180 you received today. It should be straightforward, it's always a good idea to tick yes to mediation. No reason to argue against small claims allocation. Make sure you give details of your local court under D1 because that's where you'd have to go for a hearing if it got that far, also give any dates you don't expect to be able to attend (D4). You won't need any experts or interpreters and under D3, only one witness (yourself). Any more questions just shout. :director:

Yes, sign the form in the box.

You will notice below the box that the signature can be of any of those people because they'd all be sent the same form. You can cross out (draw a line over) all the others such as [Legal representative for the ][1st][2nd][3rd][ ][Claimant] and [Part 20 claimant] and just leave [Defendant] which is the one that applies to you. :thumb:
