Do I fill in the Draft Defence in now or is that done once its been to court and im told about what MKDP are actually claiming for ?

The draft defence should be filed with your application as the court will only consider setting aside a judgment if you have a good prospect of defending it, set aside is not the end of the matter, just puts you back in the position you would have been before the judgment was made. MKDP would be able to issue a new claim, that's why you need to have a defence.
