  • Court Claim Robinson Way/Howard cohen V patters

Hi everyoneI have received a court letter from the title 2 have gone down the route of sending letters extending my time etc etc

Today is my first response from Robinson way and the letter states the following

"We write to confirm that we have noted the dispute/query that you have raised.
We will make the necessary enquiries and let you know the outcome in due course. In the meantime we will stop all collection activity on this account.
Please let us know if we can assist further."

Now i gave them 14 days to respond but does this mean they have stopped the court side of things? should they be providing me with the info rather than saying in due course?do i have to send any more letter's to them?Thank you

    Hi,

CCA Request to Robinson Way? £1 Statutory Fee Paid? ( 12 + 2 Working Days to comply).
    CPR 31 .14 to Cohen?
    Acknowledged Service?

Or have you just asked for " information"?

I'm afraid unless this " 14 " days was the statutory response time for a CCA request it is effectively meaningless.

You will have to check with the court to see if any stay has been put in place but I doubt it.

            Yep,
Make sure that if you receive any documents from the court or Cohen that you respond
to them don't give them any chance for skulduggery!!

              hi everyone

i haven't heard anything from cohen or courts regarding this? is this right kinda concerned as my 28 days will be running out soon?
is it possible that cohen has cancelled the courts?

              cheers

Check with the court on the status of the claim.

No response to the CCA request?? 12 + 2 Working Days elapsed, if so the debt
is unenforceable until the agreement is produced.

The claim may well be "stayed".
