Re: Claim Received from Cabot Financial

Thanks Nem. Is it OK if I email this to Weightmans and the court or do I have to post to the court? I've just received the same error message on the MCOL website, which is a little frustrating!

Hi, I'm not sure if Weightmans accepts service of documents by e-mail check on one of their letter, e-mail to the court is fine.

Re: Claim Received from Cabot Financial

I can't find anything regarding Weightmans accepting documents by email, but I have emailed the court today as I have posted above.

In the (vast) experience of those posting on here, do you think I should send these documents to Weightmans in the post (they won't get there until 2nd June) or would that adversely affect my case? If so, I would have to drive from the South Coast to Liverpool, something I'd like to avoid if possible! I have kept the envelope they sent this letter in and I think its a joke they would sit on something so long prior to posting, bank holiday or not.

Thank you all once again for your continued help, it is much appreciated
