      Congratulations, great news and thank you for letting us know.
      As a matter of interest did the matter of the certificate have anything to do with your win, or was it just that the original magistrates decision was wrong?

        Excellent news, and you did it yourself! Well done - I would be daunted appearing as a LiP in the Crown Court and I have been troubling courts of one variety or another for more than 20 years.

        Now you can get on with life!

          Well done i hope the courts have ordered some restitution . treat yourself to a nice cup of your favourite beverage and a good dinner . Then have a night's sleep. I think with the win and the little celebration the world will suddenly look brighter .

            Hi, I am innocent and the magistrates decision was wrong but yes it was down to the Certificates! 1st one signed Jan 2013 and (wait for it) 2nd one signed Feb 2014 by the same officer. X

              Ohh thank you so much. I honestly didn't have any choice because I was/am innocent and no one was taking it seriously but plenty were making money from it. Not once did I not feel sick lol. x

              Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
