    No the answer is No, this refers to " legal systems" e.g. Scottish Law.

        Right all forms and requests sent of and claim replied to , could not have done this with out help from nem , and this site Thanks

          Hi
          I have acknowledged claim form online , and ticked to say I will dispute the claim, do I need to fill any thing in the defence box at this time ?

          Or will I now have 28 days automatically to defend ?

          Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
