  • MKDP Claim going nowhere

I received a Claim Form dated 1 Dec 2014 with the particulars as

The Claimant Claims the sum of 9XXX.XX being monies due from the defendant to the claimant under a regulated agreement originally between the defendant and Barclaycard. The defendants account number was XXXX and the calim was assigned on 16/01/2012 notice of this had been provided to the defendant. The claimant has failed to make payments.....

I responded by asking for The Agreement, Notice of Assignment and Default Notice as per advice on here as well as the second letter request for a CCA.

Got a letter from Keynes Collections dated 24 Dec 2014 stating that "Unfortunately at this time we are unable to fulfil your request and as such we will need to liaise with the original lender to request the appropriate documents. We will forward these to you upon receipt but this may take up to 8 weeks....."

    Nothing heard since.

I have just seen online that the claim still shows as in DEFENCE.

What should I do now and can I apply to get it struck out?
