After a year of back and forth with Lowell and their claim in county court, I received this message today from the county court "it is ordered that there be no order save that the matter be transferred to the county court of willesden" . This is because I disputed the original claim based on statute time which i think we are over. What next? I want to draw a line under this please.

Re: County court referal
It is never wise to miss a hearing, as the claimant or their representative get a free run.
You can take a chance on leaving it to the court to decide unaided by any input from you.
Your defence and witness statement will have to be very clear and concise if you want the court
to follow it.

Thanks. Last time they sent a written statement themselves to the county court and i also replied with a written statement. Bu I understand. So I will wait and see. How long does it take for a letter from the court to come through
