    If you don't have the documents, the mediator cannot carry the mediation forward,
    Personally I think the likes of Lowell withhold documents so mediation is ruled out,
    even though they have agreed to it.

      so if mediation i offered but lowell do not provide me with anything, what would then happen in court?

      surely lowell have to send me proof of debt prior to a court hearing?

        LOWELL will hope you have no defence!
        Yes Lowell are bound to disclose ALL the documents it relies upon in court at least 14 days before a hearing.

          so with reference to my previous post

          they have sent me a bill stating 720.00 to o2 - this isnt enough is it??

          as i know nothing about this id like more information than just a bill
