Quick question on dates please.

This part of the letter template:
To enable me to file my defence and/or counterclaim, I require inspection of documents you mention in your statement of case ahead of filing my defence on XX XXXX 201X.

What is that date? I acknowledged the claim form online 15 Feb 15 and the date on the claim form is 10 Feb 2015. This relates to Bryan Carter/Lowell/County Court Business Centre, Northampton.

I have downloaded the necessary template letters and would like to send them today via recorded delivery etc, just need to know what my date for filing defence would be?

Hi Mum72, I work it out as the 14th March, if you have acknowledged to say you are defending in full then you get 28 days + 5 = 33 days in total from the date of the claim.
