    Think you need to read the advice that this and other sites offer if as you say (I have told them to send it back) chances are they will have a good laugh at your expense

      no I told Cabot to send it back from where they got it not the court ,so you say its ok for three different DCA not to supply me with a CCA and move it to another company , sorry I think your wrong

        Right or wrong they have issued you Court paperwork as you will see if you read posts on LB you will notice that what you experienced common
        These DCAs are after money and will skip round the rules to try and get it.
        Big question is Do you owe this money ? You will if you do not need to defend the action

            NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
            Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

            If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
