cpr 31.14 what to write to the solicitors

    That's their bog standard template response. :rant:

      im sending the response today and thankyou.
      i can imagine there response will be the same so i was wondering what i will have to respond back to the courts in my defence as this is stature bared.

        You'll need to amend it to suit your circumstances and remove anything that doesn't apply but that's the general idea. :thumb:

          Just received small claims track for n180
          Was wondering on how to fill it out do I say no to everything and go to court and state it's stature barred .

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
