Your best bet may be to get a copy of the original claim from Northampton County Court. The PoC should have an account reference. Give them a call to ask – you’ll need the case number, which should be on the judgment.

Then hopefully you can go back to Creation with a reference – you’ll also have details of the claim.

      Hi

Update is I wrote to the court re having the judgement set aside, have received a reply to say it will be moved to a court a bit nearer to me, although Wrexham is still 33 miles away and there's one 4 miles away, anyway, I just want the chance to sort it out so will just have to go there.

No info still from Creation about the account but have just found the card left by the door stepper and it has an account number on, not sure if this is the debt agency number or Creation's but have emailed again asking them to look under this.

The date is on the card, 29/12/2014, bit confused as to why they would send someone then when they'd applied to the court in November? Unless it's a different debt but still a Creation one?

The company on the card is CSL Credit Security Ltd, are they linked with Lowell and/or Bryan Carter?

Will post again when Creation get back to me.

Apologies for not posting for a while, been concentrating on sorting out redundancy
