Whta is an statament of issues?

I am a litigant in person involved in a education breach of contract case. I have been informed that a case managment hearing will taka place.

I would like to know what a statement of issues.

I know that the defendant apply for strike out my claim. That a case heraing has been schedule, means that my claim was not strike out or still can happen?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
