When was the account opened?
When was it defaulted?
Do you know the date of the last payment?
Does the account show on credit reference files?

I note there is only mention of an " agreement" not an agreement regulated under CCA 1974

" The claimant therefore claims" What?

Fire/Cabot Marlin are all one group of companies now!
Seems possible this is an old resurrected debt since the companies were amalgamated??
