        Good morning,

"The claim pack" is sent out from NCCBC it contains the claim form/ acknowledgment etc.
So both claims undefended due to your personal circumstances?

To get these set aside you will have to have a viable defence to both claims, do you have any defence?

Set aside applications need to be made as soon as possible after the judgement.

Would I be able to counterclaim as I am not aware of these debts?
only defence i have is that I was expecting baby and had complications during pregnancy, and after baby was born with the baby,

I don't think there is any grounds for a "counter claim" here.

To get these set aside for whatever reason e.g. claim for not received or too ill to cope with the claim, you still need a defence to the original claim.

I suggest you contact the NCCBC on Monday and ask for copies of the claim forms as you have no knowledge of the original debts.

Then we may have some idea of how to put a defence together.
