I have received ccj due to non payment which has been down to financial issues. Changes in my personal circumstances regarding finance.
I have been trying to resolve with Marston by asking to set up payment plan on what I can afford. This has all been via email. They will not accept my proposal despite having been sent income and expenditure and can clearly see I do not have the excess funds. I received a letter through the door yesterday as they had paid a home visit and now added extra charges and to contact the enforcement officer direct. I have subsequently emailed them again with my proposal.
I am trying my best to pay this but they will not accept my proposal.
I am concerned now that they will try to seize my vehicle which I need to get to work and my son to school and take care of my mother who has suffered a subarachnoid haemorrhage.
What do I do next.
I know they cannot force their way into my house or break in in my absence.
