I have no idea who this is I have had no letters regarding this debt.

I have no idea of the Company Aktiv Kapital who has delivered this letter via a Bogus delivery courier system to which I opened having the Order to attend court papers.

This debt may be conflicting in the fact the judgement may not be for the case I received on my personal file as above ( as again I have no idea what this debt is either ) .

I am only surmising as the figures are the same - Aktiv Kapital applied for judgement or order on the 12/08/2012 ! I have never heard anything since this date at all.

My court date is now the 06/02/2015 for me to provide information on myself - surely the company needs to contact me to discuss also Can I ask for the details of what this debt relates too ?

Hi, Aktiv Kapital is a debt purchaser dealing in delinquent accounts from credit card/loan providers, banks. and finance companies
The order will have been delivered by a bona fide courier or tracing agent.
There is no need for any contact prior to the order.
You have a judgement it seems.
What exactly does the order of 12/08/2012 state, my guess is AK have a judgement by default and are now seeking to see if you have means to pay.

A quick check of credit reference files would be a good idea, or are you confirming you know of this from the credit files

You Must attend the hearing it is a contempt of court not to do so.

There is no point in making a CCA request for information as there is a judgement is in place.

Have you done nothing to find out what this is all about?

I have been rather ostrich like I am afraid and looking back done the silly thing in avoidance. I am now trying to sort and look into these things and looking into my personal credit file on Experian this debt still does not advise me who it is but there is a judgement against me.
for the same amount and same case reference number - However I am not really that experienced in these matters but did look on the website :Registry trust limited and shows nothing ?
Due to inexperience in these matters I would welcome and thank for any assistance , I am intending on attending court however I am unable to afford a solicitor so I will have to answer the questions myself again.

I also have a problem with my business that has come to light has not been closed down as I now have a self assessment Tax letter if someone can advise where this would be best posted that too would also be great.

This is how the letter with this information reads :

"On 19 November 2014, the court

Considered the application of the claimant ('the judgment creditor'), which shows that: a judgement or order was given on 12th August 2012 by the County Court Business centre in claim no. *********. ( this did not show up on the search from Registry Trust Limited ) Ordered Mr LM (' the judgement debtor') to pay money to judgement creditor, and that the amount now owing under the judgement or order is £****.**

Hope this helps , I am trying to resolve this as best as possible I still have not got to the bottom of this I think it could be possibly MBNA credit card from years ago .

Please can anyone give me a brief on what the best route would be as the date is getting near I am currently working out my income and outcome figures ( not much left per month) if this has to be repaid.
Any help on how this would even be dealt with would be good as will be attending with these figures and proof of outgoings and explain I don't really know what the debt was but looking back its possibly my MBNA but at this time I did have money and a great credit so I'm not sure why this over sight has occurred on my behalf.

Still unsure what the debt originates from?

Have you checked Credit Reference Files?
This may show the original creditors name.

I've looked on both credit reports and both are showing as Aktive Kapital - but the opening date of the account is 2006 and shows credit card / store card - I did have an MBNA card due to the age I cant honestly remember what happened with this account.all the addresses are linked to Aktive Kapital

This is where it gets all confusing to be honest :

start date of account 02/03/2006
default date 30/01/2010 according to Experian
default date 30/01/2010 according to Noddle
judgement date according to court letter 12/08/2012 this is not right ? they must of made a mistake nothing seems to be consistant ?
Do you think its still too late to ask for the CCA ?

I've absolutely no details to work with at all from here now - Only the what I've acquired from the credit files online.
I am due into the courts early February (6th )
So I am a little worried as how to play this in court - I was Thinking of being honest stating I do not know what the debt is or what its come from and have no paperwork regarding this debt .

Good afternoon all,

Well the appearance at the courts was yesterday . I have attended and ushered into an interview room on my own and a courts staff member. They were unable to advise what this debt was or who the debt was purchased from!. I have advised I am in dispute with the figure and the company due to the fact I am unable to identify this debt, We spoke and the meeting was simply to advise of my outgoings which we filled in a report that will now go back to Aktiv Kapitol. I strongly advised that I will not offer any payment until I have a resolution and answer with proof of this debt - I have now been advised that I can apply for the courts to have this debt set aside ?, Can anyone shed any light on what this would entail I know I have to submit the form and a fee. I need proof for my own peace of mind of what this debt is I have also been advised to contact the company involved to advise of the above and for them to submit proof of this debt. I am right to do the above and will I still be ordered to pay - Currently my partner has no employment and we are currently also approx. £200 short in making the bills per month.
