Re: Claim form received from Drydens re: Cabot- original creditor JD Williams
Have you checked with the court to see if the claim is stayed, give the court a quick call today.
This is a common problem with Cabot if they don't have the necessary data to enforce the debt.
If this is stayed and has been since Jan./Feb. then you should consider apply for the claim to be
struck out.
This recon agreement must have: btw no signatures are required on a recon agreement.
1. Your name and address as it was when the account was opened.
2. The Creditors name and address ...............................................
3. All the terms and conditions as they were when the account was opened.
4.All the T's & C's valid at the closure of the account.
5. Any Material amendments to the T's & C's during the life of the agreement.
6. Any other documents mentioned in the agreement.
It would help us to judge the validity of the recon if you could post copies here please.
