    Yes correct, unfortunately it appears that all you need to do to pursue a claim is a stamp and an imagination. No body reads or checks how absurd the claim is. In my experience the system in broken from the top to the bottom.

      Bizarrely the claimant has provided a copy of the letter as evidence.
      Fortunately the witness is made of sterner stuff than to be intimidated,
      The letter appears to be intended to discredit the witness ( therefore why it has been provided),
      I believe the employer is aware of the claimants 'issues'. needless to say the witness's working arrangements have been altered, in order to protect the witness from this 'character'.

        Could you please identify which post belongs to which claim so that darling Kati can separate them.
        Identify the claims as "a" & "b".
        This will make it clearer for those trying to help you.

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

            If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
