Need to get CCJ marked as settled - URGENT

Does anybody know a way to speed up the process of getting a CCJ marked as settled? It was actually settled in 2009 and I have a recent e mail from the loan company to confirm this. However, it was not marked as settled on my credit report. The loan company have promised to contact Northampton County Court to let them know it has been settled and I have e mailed the court regarding this. However, as I understand it I have to wait for the court to confirm the credit reference agencies which can take several weeks. Does anybody know a way of speeding up the process? I am in the process of trying to rent a property and the lettings agency cannot progress any further until this has been marked as settled on my credit report so I am desperate to get this sorted out ASAP. Any help or advice anyone can give would be much appreciated.
