Congratulations Debs!!! :beagle::beagle::beagle::beagle::beagle:

You may as well start partying properly because Bryan Carter won't appeal. Truth be told, they probably wouldn't know how to!!
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Hope you are right and they don't appeal. not in party mood yet...how easy today was is still sinking in !!( spent a week writing down all I wanted to say and organizing paperwork for nothing... was in and out in about 10 minutes!). cried many tears of relief that 8 month nightmare has ended today. This site and the fab people have helped me get through this nightmare. Now I just want to get back to having a normal life, get my nerves and health back on track etc ..without this black cloud over me! Going to give myself a few days as I have a few things I need to catch up on then... I am thinking maybe we should do something re these fictitious payments Lowell (and possibly others) that are affecting so many. maybe collect evidence to supply en masse to relevant authorities?? just a thought... I want to do something for others as payback for all the help I have had on this amazing site xxxxx

Thank you Kati. Been a fighter all my life but coping with BC and going to court was all new to me and very scary. My nerves settled when nem told me what court would be like. It wasn't scary at all-compared to an experience I had just over a year ago where I had to go fight to get my son moved school due to bullying where I was in a massive room pleading my case infront of a panel of 7 (which I successfully did and won) court was a piece of cake!!

I'm so glad you saw it through ... I know how daunting it can be if you don't know what to expect!!

As for your fight to get your son to move schools, I had something similar around 3.5yrs ago (my son's were both being bullied, not just by the pupils but by the teachers as well ). I ended up de-registering them from the schooling system and now home educate them. It was the best decision I ever made

K xx

I had no words of wisdom but I had been peeping at this thread over the last few months but missed the last few days. There have been many success and full stories posted up here but this one has really moved me. I have just read your posts on the night before court and Sandy and Nem’s solid encouragement. It actually brought tears to my eyes. What also moved me was you upgrading to VIP membership after the fight along with your very sincere words of thanks.
You know the media would have us believe this is a cold cynical world but gosh, there are some extraordinary people around. Luckily we managed to find the best of them here on LBs.! images.pngWell, with Amethyst holding the tiller it is only to be expected.
Congratulations to you and a big virtual pat on the back on the back to the magnificent team.
