      1; Personally, I'd send them a new one ... if you're worried about signing it, you can use an anti-tamper strip (see attachment) :tinysmile_twink_t2:

        Thanks Kati. Am sending them a response (not sure what yet) by recorded delivery on Monday. Presumably that will have no effect on the date by which I have to file my response???

              Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
