I'm sorry P930 - please don't misunderstand - we are all on your side!

You need to calm down a bit. No-one is suggesting that the guy is in the right - but do you have proof of the OEM parts being fitted?

You are in the situation that, even if you have been badly served, the documentary evidence will be important - right or wrong.

My suggestion is that it is in your best interests that we work out a damage limitation.

OEM parts are if correct in supply are " Original Equipment Manufactured" which is desirable on a vehicle classic. These are all manufactured by recommended suppliers from the VAG or in this case Porsche group .........................a preferred endorsed supplier if you will not a copy.

I assure it's not towards anyone on this forum. The truth is I am very angry and upset with the way I have been treated and the way things are looking like in his favour. Added to the fact that I will not be in court till around Feb / March 2015 it will be 2 years without my car.

Yes, I apologise if I seemed to be trivialising that, P930. (I wasn't,btw.) The whole situation does sound hellish. Just trying to find a way through.

Even though you may be morally (or even legally) in the right, it's how to enforce so that you get a palatable result.

You have every right to be Angry this guy is playing you he will in time lose in court its a long slow process gather every bit of evidence you can and get if possible advice from Porsche its their reputation in a way here

I value and appreciate all the contributions on this thread from all members as helps me put matters in perspective and be objective.
I feel Cheated and at a Loss and partly blame myself for letting it get so out of hand. I plan to fight on as I dont believe he should be able to get away with this type of behavior and lure others in the way he did to me. He should be held accountable for his behavior in court and I hope the law deals me justice.

I could have taken matters in my own hands and attended his premises and taken my property and dealt with the aftermath but I believe I have done nothing wrong and the process of law should put him in his place.
