Newbie here.
I have received a letter from BW Legal which is from Newcastle Courts for a CCJ against me due to an unpaid debt. I was originally paying the debt back back until i lost my job.
The problem i have is that i have never seen one of these forms before and don't know what to do. All i know is that the name i wrong, it is in my middle name not first name. I rang BW and told them this and they requesteda copy of my passport which i have sent. They are so unhelpfull it's unreal.
My situation at the moment is that i am now back in work but due to earning a lower wage and the amount of debts i am juggling i can't afford to pay it off. I seem to be robbing peter to pay paul.
Can anyone help at all?
