Re: MKDP v beebop - Court date 11/12

Hi not been on here for a while as the hearing seemed so far away! It is on Thursday and MKDP has yet to send any documents that they intend to rely on in court and these were due to be recieved by all parties by 1st December. I telephoned the court to tell them and they said to bring this to the attention of the judge on thursday. MKDP have paid the court fee so obviously intend on pursuing this so I guess they have the relevant documentation?? I am now absolutely petrified about the whole thing and going to court etc. Have no idea what I need to do on Thursday or what to expect. Can anybody give me some advice on this please??

Help please? Re: MKDP v beebop - Court date 11/12

Sorry to be a pain, but I have my court hearing in the morning and am a little confused about what to take...

I have my defence, the claim, the letters received from MKDP.

Do I need anything else? I have seen mention of witness statements on a couple of threads but am not really sure what the difference between a witness statement and my defence is? Do I need to draft a witness statement to take with me tomorrow?

Feeling pretty scared now about the whole thing so if anybody can help in any small way I would be eternally grateful.

        Thanks

        Beebop
