Looks like you sent a CCA request at some point and they've just managed to obtain the documents.
We'd need to know a bit more about this account as well as what they've sent you in response to your CCA request. They are saying they sent you a recon, with those the devil is in the detail, i.e. you need to establish whether the terms on there would have been the ones applied to your account. Things like the amounts they say they'd charge and the interest rates when compared with what you actually got charged, etc. Does the recon have your name and address as they were at the time you took out the card?
It would also be useful to find out when you took out the card and you you applied for it, when you last made a payment and anything else that may be relevant to be able to comment further. :typing:

Re: Mortimer Clark and Cabot
Hiya, this is a new thread that I started because I couldn't find the original one. I have previously put up the documents which they sent me in response to my CCA request. I just need to figure out how to merge both threads.

Does this recon agreement have your name and address as it was when the account was opened?
Have two sets of Terms & Conditions been supplied 1 relevant when the account was opened and
1 relevant when the account was closed?
