          Howlett Clarke Solicitors - 01273 327272 - Ask for Paul Tiley

          Used them and would recommend 100% - he will tell you straight if you have a chance or not.

          Also can all be carried out via email and post, so being in Dorset not an issue.

              Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
