I've Just recieved a threatening letter form Mortimer Clarke Sols. Who are chasing an old vodafone contract. For £877.23 . The letter says that they have been instructed to start legal Proceedings . I could do without another CCJ as mine are starting to drop off . I need information from then as I have no idea when the account was taken out But I think it must be SB or Nearly . Should I write to Vodafone for details OR ask MC to go back to their Client?
