    Stayed claim

    Contacted. Thecourt and told me my claim has been stayed? What. Next? I have sent two postal orders off the marlin for. Credit agreements in April no forthcoming. From them or their solicitors. Thanks paul

      no this is a m and s claim sent by marlin thy have not sent me the documents i requested in April 2014

      all i want to know what do i do next for stayed claim ? thanks

        I'm sorry I was away when you posted this, was this originally an M&S storecard later turned into a credit card?

          NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
          Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
