Hi, this is my first post, and I would be very grateful for any advice.
My son has received a Claim form from the Northampton County Court Business Centre, relating to an 02 mobile phone account.
He wants to defend the claim, so do we have to send a CPR 31.14 and if so does it go to the claimant LOWELL or to Bryan Carter Solicitors.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
