    Hi I have a court form or proceedings form for parkin eye wich I still no im not in the wrong. But my word against a big company. Do I need a solicitor or represent my self. Does any1 no a solicitor or someone to bring if it goes court.

    People don't normally use solicitors and the success rate is high.

    Firstly have you acknowledged the claim?

    What are the particulars of claim?

    Can you give us some history to this please (Has it been appealed to POPLA? etc....)

      I moved and transfer car detail to new address takes bit time. They send few letter to old address. When old address gave me a letter a emailed them and said I moved ect. They said they sent out form first time about appealing to popla but as I moved I never got it. Now thry sayin its not there problem and wont let me appeal. I paid for a ticket at the time of parkin and they sayin my reg details are not on the system and saying I never paid.

              Cheers. Im sendin it of today as have 14 days im sayin I not payin it and disagree with it all. Also see there a expenses sheet so prob best make it like I have more outgoing payments then incoming

              Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

              If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
