Re: Help needed lowell and a county court claim

Just out of interest on my credit report the default date is 10/08 but I'm sure I haven't used the account since late 2007 as I swapped banks, as as far as I know all 3 of my accounts wee 0.00 which two still are except a few pound interest. At the time 2007-2011 I lived in Scotland, where this debt was supposed to have incurred, the bank still have my address as being in Scotland, would the Statute Barred rule be the Scotland or England one. Also is the default date they have on my credit report the date I'm supposed to have last used that account. Sorry for being so confusing I've also edited the post where I think I left some personal details Thanks in advance
