Hi all,
i will ill try and keep this brief but in short I have received a claim form from DrydensFairfax on behalf of Capital One for a credit card agreement
As per the suggested protocol on here I have completed the AOS online and issued a Cpr request to Drydens
I have received a letter from Drydens stating they have requested the CPR documents from their client. They are however well outside the 7 day CPR deadline and I need to submit my defence imminently to avoid a default judgement
Just looking for some advice in what to do now really? How to defend the claim etc
any help much appreciated
