        Hello again Wales01man,

        No there was no AGM. Also, very little was carried out in terms of tax and accounts as we never got round to selling our service.

        The services the business used was paid for by the claimant . Nothing was ever documented.

          Was the company properly wound up? (If the company has traded or incurred costs, winding up usually requires the submission of accounts to HMRC. Failure to do so may result in them blocking the striking off).

          She has claimed that you 'owe her for setup costs'. Is that all the setup costs, or just a part?

            You say the company was dissolved who signed the dissolving application if there were 2 registered directors one was you did you sign?
