I think I will stick with the Tomlin Order and if (a very big if) I can afford to pay more in the future to help repay it quicker then I will.
In view of the above, it sounds like the best option, especially since you are getting a 30% discount or thereabouts if I've read it correctly. :thumb:

Relying on non-compliance with a CCA request can be tricky, because they can remedy the breach at any time, right up to the hearing, by producing a compliant agreement.

£20 a month is not bad and there's no hurry to pay it off since you're not being charged interest. It will take years to pay off at that rate but, due to inflation, your £20/month will become less and less significant as time goes by. :clock:

Thank you for those kind words Flamingparrot and yes - I see it as an interest free loan (but only through fault of my own) but you know reflecting back to when I went to court back in 2010, the solicitor who represented Howard Cohen must have taken pity on me and actually tried to help me by saying that I was entitled to a discount of at least 60% - I had forgotten all of this and it came flooding back - so with hindsight maybe I should have bartered with them and gone for a bigger discount - oh well we live & learn! What's done is done :amen:
