    I have received a reply to an email saying as follows
    Good Morning
    Further to the below we are happy to extend the period in which you need to file your defence for a further 28 days or until our client has provided the relevant information.

    We trust this is satisfactory.

    My defence is due in Monday 28th April do i just wait and do nothing because they have said they will agree to a 28 day extension or do i file my defence just incase they decide to be asses and apply for judgement anyway even after agreeing to an extension because according to Northampton they can do this.

      You forward a copy of the email to the court adding your own note that the parties have agreed an extension until 26/5/14.

      Also please delete the personal details of the enemy at Drysdens. :okay:

        I have only 7 days left before the extension runs out and still no sign of paperwork that was requested. Should I file my defence now if so could someone give me some guidance to what i should write

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
