          Hi M1

          I can't fit all of the information you gave me for the defence onto the actual box provided online.

          It's 122 lines max.
          Am I doing something wrong do you think?!

            Take note of Practice Direction 5B- particularly:

            4.8 Where proceedings have been commenced, the subject line of the e-mail must contain the following information –
            (1) the case number;
            (2) the parties' names (abbreviated if necessary); and
            (3) the date and time of any hearing to which the e-mail relates.

            Also put the word Defence in the subject line too.

              I must admit I don't know what that means.....I am trying to submit the defence you gave me onto the online form in moneyclaim.gov......there are only 122 lines available but it says nothing about an email.
              Thanks x

                    Re: Parking Eye County Court Claims

                    Ok.

                    Email the defence as an attachment to ccbcdefendants@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk

                    In the subject line of the email put the case number for the claim then "Parkingeye LTD v your hubby - DEFENCE"

                    Then log in to the court system and get to where you need to enter your defence and type in " Defence emailed to ccbcdefendants@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk 18/4/14"

                    Be quick as you only have 2 days left to do it
