You need to lodge your defence with the court asap.
Read this and change anything that's wrong.

Thank you very much M1.....sadly I feel I may be out of my depth upon reading this....I dont even know what would be wrong and what would/wouldnt apply to us.
I really havnt clue how to tackle it to be honest, do you think I may be better off just asking the hospital if they can get the charges waived instead of risking doing it wrong?
I really do appreciate the help, but the legal bumf has got me puggled.
Thank you x

Re: Parking Eye County Court Claims
Number 2 - the defendants name and occupation.
Number 3 - reg number.
Number 8 & 9 chnage £75 to £70 as i forgot to.
You also need to head the defence
http://www.compactlaw.co.uk/free-leg...t.html#Defence
Defence IN THE [TOWN] COUNTY COURT CASE No. BETWEEN [IVOR PROBLEM] Claimant AND [JUSTIN TIME] Defendant
Obviously the names and location need to be changed and your case number added.
Also you need to add a statement of truth
Statement of Truth
I believe that the facts stated in this Defence are true.
Dated this 2nd day of June 20....
To the court and
to the Claimant
Again add your own details...........................
JUSTIN TIME
Defendantof [Address], at which address he/she will accept service of proceedings.

Re: Parking Eye County Court Claims
Thank you very much, its very daunting when you havnt the foggiest what youre doing........I presume you mean points 10 & 11 for the £75 to £70 as those are the ones which mention it....
...also in point 4 it says 'the defendant was not the driver at the material time'.....but as its my husband who is the defendant and he was driving, I presume delete point 4 out altogether?...?
Thanks for your super speedy replies M1 X

Re: Parking Eye County Court Claims
No, he is the registered keeper...and he was the driver...Im just doing all the stress work.....!! and you are doing all the paperwork!!!!
Hes just oblivious to it because I do everything that involves paperwork or money....he just makes it!
(the forms are all in his name and so im using his details to fill the defence...his car, he was driving...I was practically blind at the time )

Re: Parking Eye County Court Claims
Yes put Northampton.
When the case goes through the allocation phase, after you submit a defence, the correct court (nearest you) will be chosen as the appropriate venue.
I suggest a read of the free guide http://www.parking-prankster.com/court-claim.html
The £3 or so for the paid guide, whilst not required, would be a good investment too.
